One year ago, I found myself at a crossroads I never expected. After building a multimillion-dollar brand from $300 and a dream, I thought I had made it. But life had other plans.
I’m sharing this today because I know I’m not the only one who’s had to start over in business, rebuild after loss, or pick up the pieces after life knocks you down. If that’s you, I see you — and I’m here to walk this new chapter right alongside you.
For five years, I poured my heart, soul, and everything I had into growing my first brand. It wasn’t overnight success — it was late nights, missed weekends, learning things the hard way, and trusting my gut when no one else believed it would work. I bootstrapped everything. No investors. No handouts.
When the business was thriving, I should have been celebrating. But behind the scenes, my health was collapsing. Out of nowhere, I developed a severe autoimmune disease. My body began attacking itself. I couldn’t think straight. I was exhausted beyond words.
Eventually, I had no choice: I had to step away from the business I had built from nothing.
I spent months healing — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Detoxing. Adjusting to the scars I never thought I would have. Getting used to a body that felt completely foreign to me.
In the middle of that painful healing process, I trusted someone to take care of my business. Sadly, that trust was broken in a way I never could have predicted. (That’s a story for another day, but just know this: always trust your instincts.)
If you’ve ever had to rebuild your health, your career, or even your identity after everything falls apart, you know how deeply humbling and isolating it can feel.
But here’s what I believe: Rock bottom can also be a rebirth.
Today, I’m stepping back into the world with something I wish I would have done the first time around: building publicly.
I’m starting a new brand — from scratch, with new eyes, new wisdom, and a renewed purpose.
I’m bringing you along for the entire journey: the wins, the lessons, the pivots. All of it.
Because if my story can inspire even one person to keep going after their world falls apart, it will be worth it.
This isn’t just about launching a brand.
It’s about resilience.
Healing.
Owning your story.
And starting over — stronger, wiser, and more unapologetically yourself than ever before.
